Lighting Influences Circadian Rhythm
This study conducted in Germany examined the impact of lighting on circadian rhythm. Correlated color temperature (CCT) of seven polychromatic white light illuminations ranging from 1600 Kelvin (K) to 14,000K on visual performance and melatonin synthesis through two experiments were explored.
Color Preferences of Children
This study examined how the color properties of lightness (value) and saturation (chroma) were related to children's preferences for colors in interior rooms, whether gender was related to color preference, and the most preferred colors.
